The Mansion – 2700 SQ. FT

Mansion Homes’ largest model, The Mansion, features 2,700 square feet and four-bedrooms spread out over twostoreys. The Mansion, similar to the three other models, offers an option of either a modern panelled and polished stone front façade or alternatively a classic rough stone façade with a tall entrance archway. It also includes a convenient street-facing two-car single-door or two-door integrated garage with indoor access. Attached to it is a washroom and coat closet that leads to the entrance foyer and hallway, which act as a crossroads for the home.

From the front hallway accessed either from the garage or front door, one can access a formal dining room that connects independently to the kitchen and kitchen storage/pantry for serving purposes. Adjacent to the front door is a spacious office or meeting room which one can use for business or leisure purposes. In the rear of the house are a large living room and informal dining room in an open space integrated with a broad and well-equipped kitchen, as well as backyard access through glass-pane doors. The first floor is well lit in every room with single, double, or triple pane medium windows.

One accesses the second floor from a stairway ascension beside the living room. Upon ascending, one can conveniently access a laundry room or split washroom/bathroom shared between two bedrooms. From the second floor, one can look down into the foyer. Each bedroom features long clothing closets and significant space enough for desks and entertainment units. A third bedroom is slightly larger with its own long coat closet and an en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom features a massive adjoining walk-in closet and a large and luxurious bathroom complete with glass-paned walk-in shower, bathtub, and other regular facilities.
